I Think I'm A Victim of Fraud.....

If you're worried that you might have accidentally compromised your New City Bank account, it's important that you contact us at immediately at (312) 588-0088 Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. If, for some reason you prefer to contact us electronically, please provide us with your name, a brief description of why your account is in jeopardy, and include the suspicious e-mail to fraudrisk@newcitybankchicago.com. You'll receive a personal response to let you know we received the e-mail.

If you think you've received a fraudulent e-mail, but you haven't acted on it, please provide us with your name and forward it to fraudrisk@newcitybankchicago.com. You'll receive a personal response to let you know we received the e-mail.
